There's nothing more romantic than to start the new year in the City of Lights, Paris. Though temperature was nearing the freezing point, strolling down the avenues with a café crème and counting down to the stroke of midnight on les Champs- Élysées with thousands of other partygoers was some of the most memorable moments.
